As our clients know so well, Lois was a blessing and is missed by all who knew her. Lois worked with Sandra for almost 30 years. Her knowledge, compassion and dedication were admirable. Her friendship was invaluable. Lois had a career that lasted 60 years, with a commitment to work and especially the elderly clients that lasted to the end of her life. She was great because of her character and her unquestioning willingness to help anyone who needed her. What we can do in her memory is follow her example of caring for others more than caring for ourselves.
The Practice
Sandra and Sue limit their practice to probate, estate planning, and elder law. Sandra is a lifetime resident of Stark County and committed to serving the legal needs of this community.Sandra, Sue and their staff are committed to treating you as an individual with unique and important needs and goals. They will respond to your requests promptly and efficiently providing you with quality legal services at an agreed upon fee.

We welcome our newest addition, Samantha Shagovac from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Samantha is in her last year of law school and is preparing for the bar exam. She is interested in elder law, and we welcome her.

Sandra Watkins Cleaver:
Denise Babos: Estate Paralegal, with five years of experience. Denise holds an Associate of Science degree from Kent State University with a math concentration. Prior to joining Sandra’s team, Denise was self-employed for 12 years preparing research and technical reports, and then spent five years as an office/accounting manager for an engineering firm.
Nancy Costa: Administrative Assistant, Nancy has been with Cleaver Law Office for 10 years.
